Cancellations

If you need to cancel your move, please inform us promptly. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least seven days before your scheduled move date to receive a full refund of your booking amount, which is usually 20% of the total price.
  • Partial Refund: Cancel within seven days of your move, and we will retain 20% of your booking amount to cover the preparation costs incurred. In special cases, we may make exceptions. Please contact our team via WhatsApp, call, or email to discuss your situation.

Rescheduling

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can necessitate a change in plans. If you need to reschedule your move, our policy is:

  • Flexible Rescheduling: Notify us at least seven days in advance, and we will transfer your booking amount to your new move date.

No-Shows

Failing to show up for your scheduled move without prior notice means:

  • Booking Amount Retention: We will retain your booking amount to cover the costs we incurred in preparing for your move.

Damage Claims

We handle your belongings with the utmost care, but in the rare event that items are damaged, our damage claims process is:

  • Prompt Reporting: Notify us within 48 hours of your move to file a claim.
  • Issue Mediation: We will mediate between you and the vendor to resolve the issue. If the vendor is found responsible for the damage, we will ensure they cover the costs of repair or replacement.
